The Second Reader

Hi Grandparents,

I have been reading McGuffey readers for school. I have already read the Primer and the First Reader. I am on the Second Reader now. I found that there are 71 lessons in the Second Reader. I wanted to read the last lesson in the Second Reader with Daddy. And I just finished it. The last lesson was just about going to bed. It is just a poem by Tennyson. Daddy put the book below so you could read it too.

  3. Hi, Aaron! I tried to send you a comment but it disappeared so let me try again. Maybe you will get two messages from me! Anyway, it's so great that you can read so well! I love the poem! One of my favorite poems is called "Knee Deep in June." I think about that poem every June. June is my favorite month. I will try to find that poem so I can share it with you. Keep reading!
    Love, Grandma Mary
